JUNIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

The ideal candidate will:

  • Contribute to product definitions, specifications, feasibility, and schedules
  • Use strong analytical skills to validate and root out systems issues related to system functionality
  • Collaborate daily with engineering and product development teams
  • Work closely with users and consultants to insure successful project coordination and integration
  • Monitor and meet project schedules and cost
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, design specifications and verification test plans
  • Establish, and implement metrics and KPI’s to monitor system performance
  • Hands on experience with helpdesk

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in helpdesk and leading technical projects
  • Proven analytical problem solving ability
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2008-2012, AD, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Hyper V, Netsuite, Salesforce a plus
  • BS in Computer Science

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

Administration & Optimization:

  • Administer and configure MMN’s Salesforce Org
  • Drive Adoption across all departments
  • Work with standard and custom Salesforce objects and their integration with our external applications
  • Manage all support requests and the administrative needs of our users
  • Manage user roles, profiles, security, workflows, processes, interfaces, and process flows
  • Prepare targeted, customized prospect and customer lists for Sales and Marketing
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules and custom workflow
  • Design and develop custom reports for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Understand business needs across MMN and clearly translate them into business and functional user requirements for our development team
  • Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development
  • Maintain system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures
  • Administer licensing and track usage metrics for reporting and oversight
  • Evaluate new tools and Salesforce updates as they become available and implement where appropriate

Reporting & Data Management:

  • Spearhead sales performance metric reporting for our Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards based on KPIs, and ad hoc reporting support upon request
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues on a continual basis within MMN’s Salesforce Org and with systems that integrate with it
  • Perform mass data imports/exports using API or various import tools

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce.com, performing tasks such as: security settings, workflow rules, custom object creation, reports, and dashboards
  • Ability to create technical documentation to support new builds and releases
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM strategy and systems
  • Proven experience building components of a Salesforce system to support core business processes
  • Flexible in the face of changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interruptions with high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
  • Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and Pardot or Marketo
  • Data migration and integration experience between various external applications, like Pardot or Marketo
  • Technology Project management experience is a plus
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Salesforce Administrator ADM-201 certification

Nice To Have:

  • APEX and Visualforce page development experience
  • Salesforce Developer certification

ADVERTISING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for asset collection; both print and digital, trafficking and reporting among other operational responsibilities. The Ad Ops Coordinator will assist with issue close, page creation and final page approval prior to press. This position requires extreme attention to detail, heavy customer contact, the ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines. This role will also work closely with the Digital Media Director, Digital Media Planner, Sales Associates and Warehouse Coordinator. Candidate for this position is organized, diligent, outgoing and can effectively communicate with sales team and an extensive client list.

Key Functions:

  • Asset collection of print and digital materials
  • Understanding of specs to effectively communicate changes to clients
  • Work closely with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure magazines are received and shipped
  • Management of Digital Campaigns across multiple vendors
  • Pace and optimize Digital Campaigns effectively
  • Provide operational support to the Ad Ops and Digital Directors

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • 2+ years experiences in a corporate setting
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
  • Experience trafficking and managing digital campaigns. Knowledge of the Double Click Reporting and Trafficking platform, a plus
  • Organized and strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must

MEDIA PLANNER

The primary function of this role is to support the Director of Integrated Media and the Sales Team, both pre and post-sale and to educate the Sales Associates in media planning. This position will require attention to detail, strong analytical skills and experience handling vendor relationships. This role will work closely with our Sales Associates, Sales Reps, vendors and Ad Operations Team. You will be a member of a highly motivated Integrated Media Sales Team with a strong focus on digital. With the Media Director lead the media strategy development.

Key Functions:

  • Strategize and develop integrated media plans
  • Review monthly media billing summaries
  • Work with Sales Associates to create media plans for incoming RFPs
  • Work with several internal departments (Ad Ops, Sales Supports, Sales Team, Finance etc.)
  • Communicate campaign red flags to Media Director and be proactively solution-oriented
  • Work with Media Director to tactically drive company-wide goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years planning across all vehicles
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player that can work well in cross functional teams
  • Organized, detail oriented, strong communication skills are required.
  • Experience with media billing
  • Experience with ad trafficking and ad ops, pacing/optimization preferred
  • DFP – Third Party platforms experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have advanced excel skills
  • Proficiency with Media Math
  • Account Management a plus
  • 4 year bachelor degree
