DATA OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

The primary function of the Data Operations Associate role is to manage and maintain key data components and systems. The right candidate will come equipped with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Functions:

  • Assist with data downloads, vetting, integration, reporting and analyses
  • Systems Tracking, Analysis, Maintenance, & Reporting. Systems include: Salesforce, Salesloft, Pardot, and Campaign Monitor. Assist the sales team with report setup and analyses
  • Internal blacklist management
  • Manage corporate partner relationships and client lists
  • Cross-checks between CRM and financial database
  • Assist with implementation of new systems and company initiatives
  • Lead sourcing and data pulls from partner databases
  • List management, cleaning, manipulation and formatting for bulk uploads
  • Handle changing priorities and other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent time management, written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Advanced Excel, Salesforce and Netsuite experience a plus
  • Experience in initiating and managing projects
  • High energy, self-starter with a diplomatic approach to diverse situations during stressful times
  • Internship experience applicable to listed qualifications

MEDIA SOLUTIONS MANAGER

The primary function of this role is to manage, oversee and provide day to day guidance to a team of media planners in support of our national sales team. This position will require extensive experience in media planning with a digital emphasis, attention to detail, strong analytical skills and experience handling vendor relationships. You will be a member of a highly motivated Integrated Media Sales Team. This role will report directly to the Head of Digital & Media Strategy, assisting in leading the support & growth of the company as a whole.

Key Functions:

  • Oversee and manage team of 3 Media Planners
  • Work with Media Planners to strategize and develop integrated media plans for incoming RFP’s
  • Review monthly media billing summaries
  • Day-to-day processes will require strong business sense and methodical pricing strategy
  • Work with several internal departments (Ad Ops, Sales Supports, Sales Team, Finance etc.)
  • Communicate campaign red flags to Media Director and be proactively solution-oriented
  • Work with Head of Digital to tactically drive company-wide goals
  • Maintenance and management of media planning templates
  • Analyze and compile monthly forecasts for executive review
  • Additional priorities and duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Media Planning experience among all platforms; 2+ years with Digital media focus
  • Management experience required
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player that can work well in cross functional teams
  • Organized, detail oriented, strong communication skills are required
  • Experience with media billing & rate negotiation
  • Experience with digital ad trafficking and ad ops, pacing/optimization preferred
  • DFP – Third Party platforms experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency with Media Math
  • Account Management a plus
  • 4 year bachelor degree

MEDIA PLANNER

The right candidate will come equipped with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Functions:

  • Report to Media Solutions Manager in support of national sales team
  • Construct custom media plans across several advertising platforms for clients in varied categories
  • Effectively organize day-to-day priorities with ongoing projects for management team in a highly interactive environment
  • Assist in sales process, lead generation, database updates and sending materials
  • Assist sales representatives in meeting coordination
  • Perform certain clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing documents and entering data into database
  • Field phone calls/voicemails and arrange conference calls as needed
  • Handle changing priorities and other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent time management, written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Salesforce experience a plus

  • 1-3 years of business to business digital sales experience
  • Proven success and relationships within the digital advertising field
  • Sales reps will be dedicated to selling LOCAL digital advertising solutions directly to emerging brands, local and regional players, as well as advertising agencies
  • Sales hunter, strong phone and email skills, strong prospecting skills, and strong closing skills are required. Salesforce and sales acceleration tools experience desired, but must be technology proficient
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to identify and sell at all decision making levels
  • Candidates with a background in agency media buying or planning will also be considered

ADVERTISING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for asset collection; both print and digital, trafficking and reporting among other operational responsibilities. The Ad Ops Coordinator will assist with issue close, page creation and final page approval prior to press. This position requires extreme attention to detail, heavy customer contact, the ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines. This role will also work closely with the Digital Media Director, Digital Media Planner, Sales Associates and Warehouse Coordinator. Candidate for this position is organized, diligent, outgoing and can effectively communicate with sales team and an extensive client list.

Key Functions:

  • Asset collection of print and digital materials
  • Understanding of specs to effectively communicate changes to clients
  • Work closely with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure magazines are received and shipped
  • Management of Digital Campaigns across multiple vendors
  • Pace and optimize Digital Campaigns effectively
  • Provide operational support to the Ad Ops and Digital Directors

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • 2+ years experiences in a corporate setting
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
  • Experience trafficking and managing digital campaigns. Knowledge of the Double Click Reporting and Trafficking platform, a plus
  • Organized and strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
