The Ad Ops Coordinator will be responsible for asset collection; both print and digital, trafficking and reporting among other operational responsibilities. The Ad Ops Coordinator will assist with issue close, page creation and final page approval prior to press. This position requires extreme attention to detail, heavy customer contact, the ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines. This role will also work closely with the Digital Media Director, Digital Media Planner, Sales Associates and Warehouse Coordinator. Candidate for this position is organized, diligent, outgoing and can effectively communicate with sales team and an extensive client list.

Key Functions:

  • Asset collection of print and digital materials
  • Understanding of specs to effectively communicate changes to clients
  • Work closely with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure magazines are received and shipped
  • Management of Digital Campaigns across multiple vendors
  • Pace and optimize Digital Campaigns effectively
  • Provide operational support to the Ad Ops and Digital Directors


  • College graduate
  • 2+ years experiences in a corporate setting
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
  • Experience trafficking and managing digital campaigns. Knowledge of the Double Click Reporting and Trafficking platform, a plus
  • Organized and strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
