We are expanding the business development team for our fast-growing company and are looking for results-driven, passionate team players to help us build leads and build engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • An Associates or Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in advertising, print or digital

SMB Media Advisor

SMB MEDIA ADVISOR

We are expanding the SMB (Small-Medium Business) sales team for our fast-growing company and are looking for results-driven, passionate team players to engage with new prospects and grow our client-base.

Head of Digital

While this position will have a remote start due to COVID-19, it will ultimately be based out of our Valhalla, NY Office.  (Westchester County)

What’s in it for you? 
Consider yourself the digital lead for MediaMax. You will drive the overall digital sales strategy and oversee campaign execution, from consultation and planning to activation and optimization. As in the in-house digital guru, you will help educate the sales teams about current trends and new digital opportunities.  You will interact with current vendors and explore new vendor partnerships. Most importantly, you will be client-focused and help develop results-driven solutions for our clients.

Duties:

  • Develop and drive overall paid digital advertising strategies that include efforts in biddable ad platforms, SEM, Social, Display, Native, etc.
  • Work with a team of media planners to ideate and develop cohesive digital media plans
  • Execute buys with existing vendors and liaise with AdOps on Optimization
  • Collaborate with VP, Sales and participate on sales calls when necessary
  • Introduce potential new vendors/strategies and negotiate terms and conditions with all vendors
  • Build and develop new advertising strategies and tactics in key channels to maximize user acquisition at scale.
  • Serve as the in-house digital marketing subject matter expert staying on top of trends and best

     practices.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a minimum of 6 years experience in digital marketing/advertising (agency and/or client side).
  • Proven leadership skills, with “big picture” understanding of B2B markets. Experience in key verticals financial & professional services, real estate, healthcare, shelter, retail markets is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in buying and planning digital advertising campaigns.     
  • Analytically and data driven.
  • Proficiency with CPA, LTV, A/B testing, promotional strategy, optimization strategies, and attribution models
  • Confident and influential speaker and presenter, as well as an active listener open to feedback.
  • Expertise with programmatic display advertising platforms, auction formats and bidding/investment efficiency.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a keen eye for key detail across multiple campaigns, platforms and clients.
